In the daily Ayurvedic cooking class in our small "Cooking TinyHouse" you will experience the sensual & seasonal summer Ayurvedic cuisine. Eating & cooking in communityfor your happiness and health, because Ayurvedic food makes you happy and keeps you in balance....
Yoga & Mindfulness in the Rhythm of the Seasons
Daily active outdoor yoga ayurvedically inspired, in an open-air yoga studio; mindfulness exercises with the elements, beach walks, creating beach mandalas, beach sauna followed by a jump into the cool blue, meditation in the evening...and much MORE. - Experience Ayurveda & Yoga lifestyle at its purest!
The retreat - Tiny Seaside
The retreat is "exclusively" limited to a TN number of 6 people.
You live with your girlfriend or TN in a spacious luxury Tiny House or you treat yourself to a house all to yourself..... Sea view & the sound of the sea!

incl. Ayurveda & Yoga - accompaniment, organization, purchase of food & spices as well as script material/ recipe folder
Food levy: 85,- €
for breakfast, lunch & dinner soup prepared together under guidance, vegetarian, seasonal without coffee).
Rent for the Tiny House (3 nights),
- With two occupancy: EUR 99,- € per night/per person incl. final cleaning. Towels and bed linen.
- For single occupancy EUR 198,- € per night/per person incl. final cleaning. Towels and bed linen.
