Extra - included in the price - final cleaning
The final cleaning will be done for you to always offer the following guests a neat and clean Tiny House . The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean at all times during his stay, e.g. cleaning the stove, grill or oven after use. The final cleaning is part of the Obligatory Holiday Package
The vacation package is designed to give you the best possible stay. We have put together the following points for you:
- Wi-Fi: 1000/1000 Mbit
- Free parking next to the facility
- Satin bed linen and 8 clean bath towels
- Cleaning of the entire house so that you always arrive in a clean cottage
The vacation package is mandatory and costs 149 EUR.
Transfers
At the request of the customer, the landlord - as far as possible - rebooking up to 60 days before the start of the stay. The lessor will charge a rebooking fee of EUR 60.00. The customer has the right to prove at any time that no or lower costs than the above-mentioned rebooking fee were incurred due to the rebooking. Subsequent changes or rebookings can only be made after termination of the contract under the above conditions with simultaneous new registration.

These terms and conditions apply to rental agreements concluded between the tenant and the owner (landlord) through the mediation of Tiny House Factory GmbH. The Tiny House Factory GmbH does not guarantee the accuracy of the information in the catalog. The agent's liability is limited to gross negligence and intentional acts.

The reservation of the tenant is binding. The deposit must be paid before the date specified in the booking. At the same time the renter hereby accepts the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, which are part of the rental contract. The balance of the rent must also be paid on the date indicated. The rent is composed of installments (1st payment, 2nd deposit and the rest of the rent).

The renter is obliged to treat the Tiny House and everything that comes with it with care and consideration, as the renter is liable for any damage caused by him or the persons accompanying him.

If personal circumstances or force majeure (war, strike, natural disasters, etc.) prevent the tenant from exercising the right to rent under the lease, this does not release the tenant from his obligation to pay.

Tiny House Factory GmbH reserves the right, in case of breach of contract by the owner, processing errors or the like, to either refund the rental amount or replace the rented Tiny House with another one. If the latter small house is cheaper than the originally rented, the difference will of course be refunded.
6.
Tiny House Factory assumes no responsibility for changes in external conditions not directly related to the apartment, for example, in the apartment. Example: changes in bathing conditions, fishing rights, increase in local taxes and duties, closure of public transport, closure of stores, roads and other works.
This also applies to the reduction of vacation quality due to climate change or local restrictions (e.g. bathing bans, closure of swimming pools, etc.).

The Tiny House Factory GmbH is entitled to increase the rental price/settlement of consumption accordingly in case of price increases, higher taxes and duties or exchange rate changes, of course against clear documentation.

Complaints about the condition of the Tiny House must be reported to the landlord immediately after moving in, but no later than 24 hours after your arrival or the discovery of the damage, so that we can correct the defects. The tenant must give the landlord a reasonable period of time to rectify/rectify the defects. A complaint or claim for defects reported within 24 hours is always considered a complaint from the beginning of the rental period. If the tenant leaves the Tiny House, without informing the landlord about defects / deficiencies, this behavior releases the landlord from any repayment obligation.
Unsatisfactory cleaning type in the cottage must be reported immediately on the day of arrival.
The landlord does not accept complaints based on the fact that other tenants may have received a better small house than the one described in the catalog.
The liability of the lessor is limited to direct financial losses and can never exceed the total rental price. The lessor cannot be held liable for indirect damage or damage of a non-economic nature (ideal damage).
9.
Noise: On vacation, everyday life goes on around your resort. Therefore, noise pollution may occur. The landlord can not be held responsible for this.
10.
As some vacation homes are located in Denmark, they are governed by Danish law and any disputes relating to the rental agreement must be brought before a Danish court in accordance with Danish law.
